Do you hold a WA a registration as a sales representative or property management? Are you a real estate and business agent looking for elective Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) that will meet the WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety’s elective CPD requirements?

Kaplan Professional’s online CPD Program is ideal if you wish to renew your registration or licence, or hone your skills in a competitive real estate industry. It is also essential for you to maintain your professional duty to stay up to date with industry changes.

The WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety requires real estate agents and business agents and sales representatives, including those restricted to property management, to acquire 10 CPD points each calendar year. These must be obtained by taking part in mandatory and elective training activities as specified in the WA CPD Guide.

Duration

Access to the course will be provided for 30 days from your enrolment date, however you may complete the course at any time prior to the expiry date.

Please note that you must complete your course prior to 31 December each year to be guaranteed recognition for the listed CPD points for that year (points are re-assigned each calendar year by the WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety – DMIRS).

This program is delivered online through Kaplan’s eLearning Management System to provide a flexible online working space which enables you to complete your training anywhere, anytime and at a pace that suits your needs.

You are entitled to a total of two (2) attempts at your assessment. If you exhaust your assessment attempts you will need re-enrol into the program at an additional fee.

This course requires you to read comprehensive learner workbooks, complete a range of written assessments, undertake independent research activities and at times engage in online forums and discussions. Furthermore, the delivery mode relies on the extensive use of written communication.

The 10 CPD points must be obtained by taking part in mandatory and elective training activities as specified in the WA CPD Guide.

Kaplan’s WA elective CPD Program will give you the education required to obtain your elective CPD requirements and continue a successful career in real estate.

Upon successful completion of the Kaplan WA CPD program, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion as evidence of training undertaken.
