We understand that sometimes extenuating circumstances may prevent you from completing an assessment task by the due date or to the best of your ability.

If you are experiencing difficulties, we would encourage you to contact our Student Services team prior to the assessment due date to discuss your options.
You may be eligible to apply for Special Consideration if you are prevented from completing an assignment or sitting an exam or if you feel your performance has been affected by:

Students with special learning needs or a physical disability may also be eligible for Reasonable Adjustment. Reasonable Adjustment is available if you have a condition or special need existing at the time of your initial enrolment. Reasonable Adjustment is provided if you have a specific learning need, which, if not met, might impact on your ability to study or to complete your assessment.
Reasonable adjustment may include (but is not limited to): the use of adaptive technology; educational support; alternative methods of assessment; individual conditions of assessment; enlarged print materials; use of an approved scribe; or additional time in the examination period.
