To successfully complete the FChFP Certification, participants must achieve a pass mark of at least 70% in each assessment.

Each subject requires 10 training hours. The minimum duration of the FChFP Certification is six and a half (6.5) months and individuals must not exceed the progression timeframe of three (3) years. Please note, this course is only offered to permanent residents and citizens here in Singapore.

The FChFP Certification’s immersive learning curriculum provides an experience that balances technical financial advice skills and knowledge with their practical application.

Accredited Level 2 and 3 by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) in Singapore under the Skills Framework for Financial Services, the FChFP Certification is a purpose-built education pathway for financial advisers.
The FChFP Certification is also accredited for 6 hours of Core FAA Ethics CPD.
Individuals enrolling in the FChFP Certification must meet the following experience requirements:
Minimum two (2) years’ relevant industry experience in roles within insurance, wealth management and/or private banking.
It is expected that individuals will also have a fundamental understanding of financial planning, insurance and wealth management concepts.
2024 Cohort Study Intakes
The FChFP Certification comprises 5 subjects that require 10 training hours each. It is designed and recommended to be completed within a nominated cohort. For detailed study dates and times, please click on your preferred cohort below.

Ms. Woo has also been instrumental in the trainer and assessor environment, as an IBF approved and certified educator. She is driven by her vision to heighten the standards of her industry and to foster the growth of individuals that she has connected with.
Through her work as a financial consultant, it has motivated her to set up her own life coaching company, GRYT, specialising in personal finance. Utilising the Money Habitudes Assessment tool, she provides both individual and group coaching services, leveraging her expertise to guide clients towards financial empowerment.

Mr. Ng Eng Beow is the Executive Vice President and Founder of Green Apples Advisory. With 17 years’ industry experience, he heads up a 40+ strong agency to be one of the top branches in Manulife. Ng Eng Beow is also a Certified HNW Adviser, and a recognised and respected leader in the industry.

Mr Carlos Lee presently holds the position of Financial Services Director at Infinitum Financial Advisory, overseeing the provision of financial guidance to individuals, corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to this role, he spent 17 years as a consultant at NTUC Income, extending financial advice to both individuals and corporate clients.
Across his career, Carlos has conducted numerous training sessions and seminars covering various aspects of financial planning and continues to teach with a specialty in retirement planning and estate planning. His teaching engagements also extend to Income Insurance Limited (formerly NTUC Income), Infinitum Financial Advisory Pte Ltd and within the Agency.
