Enhance your skills when engaging with clients and customers in financial services

This subject commences with an exploration of foundational processes for building effective relationships with clients and customers in financial services. It then examines communication and client engagement strategies to address issues and barriers in relationship building. Individuals will define their skills in measuring and monitoring client and customer engagement and satisfaction. This will help them identify effective work and organisational practices for professional growth.

This subject utilises engaging, fully interactive digital resources, including videos, audio, interactive modules and activities, and quizzes. Individuals will benefit from access to a dedicated online tutor forum staffed by industry experts where they are able to post questions and hold discussions about the course content, as well as tutor sessions where they can speak with their tutor directly in a live online environment.

Upon completion of this subject, individuals should be able to:

Duration

Individuals have a total of 12 weeks to complete the learning and assessment requirements from their initial enrolment date.

An additional four (4) weeks is available if required to re-submit any assessments. Individuals must have submitted all of their assessments and been deemed not yet competent in one or more assessment items in order for the 4-week resubmission period to be granted.
